We absolutely loved our stay at the Renaissance Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and looked after. It was honestly such a special trip, and the amazing staff made it even more memorable. 🍽️ The food was top tier! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all fantastic, with such a great variety and choice every day. We never got bored of the food and always found something delicious to enjoy. A special shoutout to the amazing team at Coast Restaurant — you were incredible! So attentive, friendly and always going the extra mile. You even managed to keep my husband’s wine topped up without him having to ask 😂🍷 — now THAT is service! 🌊 A very special thank you to Muhamad for making our trip to White Island and Ras Mohamed unforgettable. It was an absolutely amazing experience and one of the highlights of our holiday. We truly appreciate everything you did to make the day so special. 🏊‍♀️ The Aqua Bar team were also amazing! Eslam, you were absolutely fantastic and made us feel so welcome every single day. And to Ahmed and Karim, the lifeguards — a huge thank you to both of you! ❤️ You were always so attentive and looked after us every day. You genuinely helped make our pool days so special. 🍹 Karim from Zinzina Bar — thank you for always being so welcoming every time we came down for a drink. You are honestly so sweet and always made us feel welcome. 🥰 To everyone at the hotel, thank you for making us feel extra special throughout our stay. It’s the people who make a holiday truly memorable, and you all played such a big part in making ours unforgettable. A few areas that could be improved 🙁 There were a few things that I feel the hotel could address. Firstly, we were very unhappy with the misinformation regarding late check-out. The day before we were due to leave, I went to ask a member of staff whether late check-out was available for the following morning. Rather than checking availability, I was simply told that there was no availability. The following day, when we were due to check out at 12pm, I asked another member of the reception team and was told that late check-out was actually available. This was disappointing, particularly because we had specifically asked the day before and could have arranged it then. I would strongly recommend ensuring that guests receive accurate information and that availability is properly checked before giving an answer. The pools could also do with some attention. They appeared a little dirty at times and could benefit from some cleaning and a general revamp. The pool areas and beach could also have more music and atmosphere. We understand that everyone has different preferences, but during our stay we found these areas a little too quiet. Guests are on holiday and want to relax, have fun and enjoy themselves, so a little more atmosphere around the pools and beach would make a big difference. It would also be great to see the hotel continue to cater for guests from different cultures and backgrounds, with a good balance of food, entertainment and atmosphere that makes everyone feel included. Our room was kept clean overall, but unfortunately the bathroom floor remained dirty after each day's cleaning. It didn't appear to have been properly mopped, which was disappointing as the rest of the room was well maintained. Despite these points, they certainly did not ruin our holiday. The fantastic staff, food, service and experiences we had far outweighed the negatives. Overall, we had an absolutely amazing time and would highly recommend the Renaissance Hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. I have been coming to this Resort for years and this year I find it even more beautiful and clean, in particular all the staff, especially Ahmed at the beach, always kind, attentive, and helpful.

I want to thank the hotel team for a great stay.I especially want to thank bartender, Ramy. He do his job excellent. Ramy always paid attention to our group. He was always very polite, friendly, and welcomed us with a smile. He was very professional with us and with all the other guests. Ramy’s work shows the high standard of your hotel.I also want to thank all the staff. Everyone was very professional and welcoming. Also I want to Thank Nasser - the best navigator at the reception department. Thanks for ALL staff. Thank you for your hospitality!
