Neither the room, nor the services, nor its prices make this AC in Malaga a good hotel for business visits to the city. It has become a hotel for tourists, who are probably given the best rooms, a very weak room service menu at terrible prices, breakfast at €27.50!!! National embarrassment. In my case (I come to Malaga every month) I will not return and, after my last experience at the Forum breakfast Oviedo, it is very possible that I will use another hotel chain for my overnight stays.
We’ve stayed here a few years ago. Thought we’d return just for drinks. It’s very inexpensive as the waiters/waitresses are beyond slow … to get a drink is a true mission! Glad we’re not staying with you this time!
Check in was as smooth and efficuent as expected...room was also a good size with a balcony overlooking the port. Rooms were well maintained, with fresh drinking water provided every day, although teabags were not replenished. Breakfast is excellent, with a great choice and quality - one of the main reasons we stayed here. Also right near the heart of the action in Malaga centre. Useful tip, if you are staying here and want to visit the rooftop bar, let the the staff know you are a guest so you don't have to join the public queue.
