The Best Hotel in Hurghada still amazed by the whole scenario 365 days of magic top staff just brilliant this Hotel has lots to offer all

Absolutely beautiful stunning hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious with a nice pool view, pools were gorgeous. My children loved the aqua Park. Food was gorgeous, and was able to book for the different restaurant the Indian restaurant was my favourite looking to book next year definitely want to book the swim up room next time, looking forward to seeing u all again next year

Would i stay here again, No, staff/ bar ppl, cleaners lifegaurds ect amaxing & luvly. Some Management to be desired, espically guy in pick shirt, with dot on his receeding hair line. Had accident 1st day here & ended up in hospital 2nd night as avoided till then, with concussion & gastrisus, Safety signs went uo everywhere nxt day after my fall. manager was absolute ..... passing buck, didnt want to know, no compassion, thought was medical professional. Horrible & rude, should not be in his position at all. Entertain lacking big time, especially at night & very little during day. Dont stay in last block 7000 as mosiqtos bad aswell as bunaglos, screen should but put up in every room. Tried make most of what could as met good ppl, & as say working staff, but what should of been an amazing holiday, couldnt drink for most as medication & aqua couldnt do along with alot of other trips as my injuries. Met ppl saying coming here years & wont be back again.
