Accustomed to large hotels in Turkey on the Lara coast, we decided to look elsewhere and actually go to this hotel. Don't forget to buy your visa at the Hurghada airport for 30 euros cash. Upon leaving the airport, the first word addressed to us was... baksheesh. And yes, tipping is almost an obligation for everything. Bring coins and 5 euro bills, otherwise you will have a hard time surviving... Arrived at the hotel at 10:30 AM, it is 15 minutes from the airport. We thought about going to the pool in the afternoon... well no, the check-in lasted more than ....6 hours... amateurish! And even then, I had to show myself quite dissatisfied for things to move... not a word of apology. I was given the two room cards without any explanation regarding how the hotel works, nothing, absolutely nothing. We managed to find our way around the hotel, the restaurants, the entertainment.... the site is gigantic, and of exemplary cleanliness. There is an army of servers, gardeners... always helpful.... ahhh yes, if you only speak French, it is going to be very complicated... it is German, Arabic, and more or less English. There are 7 restaurants but which unfortunately almost always serve the same thing. You quickly go around it. It is okay but not exceptional. For the afternoon, you either have snacks at the beach or a restaurant with only desserts next to the lobby. It lacks originality and you have nothing else on the way to the beach... count on an 8 to 10 minute walk from the reception to the beach or you take a small boat or some kind of pedal carts. The beach is great and you can go snorkeling there. There is a fairly decent fitness room. The two negative things are the following: constant harassment from vendors selling massages, safaris, manicures, braids, and so on. The first day we said no more than 15 times... 50 times over the week without exaggeration. It was tiresome and annoying... The second thing is the rather transparent entertainment. If you intend to party... do not come, it is not the establishment's style. The entertainment team is not the most engaging and I was mainly approached to sell raffle or bingo tickets... appalling for a 5-star hotel. In the evening, over the course of a week, we saw a total of 4 shows lasting ....20 minutes and of a very average level. We were a little..a lot bored in the evening... Last thing before concluding....avoid going to tourist islands like orange bay...there is nothing there! But I recommend snorkeling in the sea, it's wonderful. In short ....infrastructure and services perfect, food passable, entertainment, sense of celebration 🥳 and originality clearly insufficient. The check out lasted 30 seconds and you must leave the room around 12:00 PM Based on this experience, we will not return to this hotel

Beautiful and spacious hotel complex. Hygiene at a very high level in the rooms, as well as in the entire hotel. Excellent catering concept (I mean 7 partially themed restaurants and separate areas such as fresh juices, a sweet buffet, an ice cream café, ...). The transport bicycles have room for improvement, because there were more of them broken than functional. We also regretted the non-functional pier, which was under reconstruction at this time. Otherwise, these shortcomings were compensated by a fantastic room with a sea view (for those who want it - room number 3152). Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Milan
