Fantastic location, exactly what we wanted. Bed was so comfortable, and room lovely. Sadly breakfast isn't great (we landed up going out for it), no kettle in rooms to make early morning cuppa either. Hotel has use of beach sunbeds (& umbrellas) you can use when you get to the beach (a nice touch for a hotel), but we weren't told you need to get a special ticket from reception early (7am each day) to get one, and location as per website of where you go to use them on the beach is wrong! Rather turn right when you come through underpass and not left towards the Blue Bar (bar) . A bit embarrassing 🤔 Swimming pool very small for hotel size and so annoying when people book a sunbed then leave 😬 Late check-in was dismal and if done properly would probably have given the correct information on many things, but he didn't, and neither does the website. Cocktails are very nice, really enjoyed the piña colada and berry mojito.

I returned to the hotel after a stay there in 2024 but this time it was completely unacceptable 14 nights stay and only ate there twice the food was terrible even the restaurant staff agreed so I went to the manageress who blamed the head chef Sam. It turns out that all the htop hotels in Callela have the same daily menu and by changing dining options was not a fix . So I decided to make a formal complaint by asking for an official complaint form which is a legal document that is sent to the local government for review. After several requests I was offered a letter ( not the official 3 pages carbon copy form) I refused and told them I would contact the local police who would attend and force them to give me one, then the manageress said she was just a puppet and would be sacked and All the hotel's staff would lose their end of season bonuses, ok I had spent over 600 euros in eating out but I couldn't let this happen to the fantastic staff, with only 2 days left and nothing would change I agreed to make a complaint when I got home, as a thank you she gave me a drink upgrade bracelet, later that evening a member of staff came into the bar and asked me to sign a note so I wouldn't be charged. On returning to the uk I had to email from my tour operator saying I had accepted the bracelet in FULL COMPENSATION !!! Not the case it was a sly trick done after I had had a few drinks and in a rush!! I have emailed my travel company explain this so let's see what happens. Just take note of this HONEST report

I have lost count of the number of visits that I have made ti this hotel with my partner but this time I took my parents. They also loved it, the staff are always extremely friendly, there is plenty going on if you want to take part. We enjoy the food, there is lots of variety. The hotel is very clean and I always find it well maintained. We enjoy the evening entertainment as well. We had a wonderful week. The resort feels safe and there are plenty of shops and resturants to keep you occupied. The beach is stunning. I cannot wait to return in August.
