Disappointing … aircon kept breaking no offer of another room… 24 hour wait and 7 phone calls … lifts kept or breaking so a very uncomfortable stay

I would take 2 stars away from this hotel; we stayed for 8 days and it went from bad to worse. They put us in a room that had a game room with billiards, ping pong, and arcade machines right above it. The first night they were playing billiards until 1:30 a.m. The next day I went to complain and they told me it was impossible because they close it at 7:00 p.m. The next night, the same thing. At 11:30 p.m. I went down to the front desk and they checked the cameras; indeed, there were people playing billiards. Two waiters went up and called their attention, but they made even more noise, so I had to tell them that either they fixed it or I would, so they put up an 'out of order' sign. The next morning I went down to the front desk until they changed our room—regrettable. We were all-inclusive; the meals are practically always the same, there is a lack of oil for the salads, and there are dirty cups and plates. In the bars, they are missing drinks with the excuse that they forgot to place the order. On Sundays and Mondays, the rooms are not cleaned. On Sunday I had to go down to the front desk to request some bathroom towels and they told me there would be no towel change until Tuesday. I told them that Friday had been the last day they changed our towels, and by begging them, they finally gave them to me. After 3 days without our bathroom being cleaned, I went down to the front desk and mentioned that the bathroom hadn't been done, and they had to send the person who had done the room to clean the bathroom. In short, an odyssey of a week, shameful.

Very good value., staff lovely and friendly. No complaints, booking again for February
