Very good and clean hotel. The rooms, were kept very clean and the grounds were kept to a very high standard. Staff members were very good, especially the catering staff. Chef Ralph, Chef Anwar and Chef Hani had catered for my wife’s allergy and went above and beyond. Food was good throughout the hotel and the restaurants we tried all but the seafood during our stay. A few downsides; Cocktails could have been better and were mixed depending on the area you were relaxing at. Also, the adult pool the beds went very early, however the staff were great and managed to always set up a few beds with umbrellas. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend, especially if you have an allergy.

The resort itself is set in beautiful surroundings, and the scenery was certainly a highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was seriously let down by the stomach problems we suffered within just 48 hours of checking in. We are well-travelled and have visited destinations all over the world, but we have never experienced stomach issues like this before. We did not leave the resort at any point, which makes the timing of our illness particularly concerning. Although the surroundings were lovely, being unwell so early into our holiday had a significant impact on our enjoyment and overall experience. It is incredibly disappointing to travel away expecting a relaxing break, only to spend time dealing with stomach problems. While we cannot say for certain what caused the illness, the fact that it began so soon after arrival, and that we had not eaten or drunk anywhere outside the resort, raises genuine concerns for us about food hygiene and the overall standards. It is a real shame, as the resort has beautiful surroundings and so much potential, but unfortunately our experience was overshadowed by these health issues. We hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and looks into them to help prevent other guests from having a similar experience.
