Had a great holiday So of and service were very good, staff all friendly and helpful Only one suggestion, downside, pool area could do with a wash off shower

This is my 8th time here and each time does not disappoint. Staff are incredibly friendly. Food choice is great and the cleanliness is of high standard. Love it here

Although arriving on a late flight, the friendly reception staff directed us to the dining room for self service snacks and drinks. Our room which was on the 4th floor was clean and spacious. It had a fridge, safe and a kettle but no cups but these could be readily obtained at reception. Air conditioning was adjustable in the room and provided first class ventilation. The gym was clean and had cardio, static machines, free weights and mats so good for a workout. Breakfast and dinner were both self service with a range of foods to suit all tastes. All of the hotel staff were very friendly, always exchanged pleasantries and were smart in appearance. The hotel is about 6 miles to Palma but closer to Arenal. Walking and cycling to either place is a pleasure. The route to Palma has an excellent segregated cycle/footpath and not near to car traffic. It is an interesting walk to Palma if you are a plane spotter. For the less energetic the number 35 bus takes you into Palma old town. It was an excellent stay at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it to other travellers.
