Having visited in January and more than we expected for 2* we thought we would return for a week in the sun…. We will never be back! Positives … clean apartment and reception staff friendly… the rest was awful…. Completely different from January ! Where do we start? Garden at apartment completely overgrown and after asking to have it sorted and it not being attended to my husband ended up weeding it!! Food was bland, flies everywhere and food at times inedible and we ended up eating out every night!!! Huge Cockroaches in the safe?? On two occasions, another thing ignored by hotel, when made aware. Towels given were smelly and like they were coated with something as did not dry you… so disappointing and lastly the locals allowed in at the weekend who were noisy and rude and made a peaceful holiday in to a nightmare!! We are aware this hotel is closing in April to become a 4* and the run down is already in action !! Not good especially after a positive visit just 3 months ago.
