Absolute loved our holiday and would recommend to anyone! Rooms were so clean and spacious. Decor was nice. Staff were incredible. The drinks runners made sure you always had a drink, empty glasses were cleared and always went about with a smile. There were about 5 or 6 main ones who made the whole experience. The evening singers were all phenomenal except did seem to be on quite late particularly on karaoke nights as they then ended up with very few people. Always enough choice with food and enough variety that you’d expect from an all inclusive buffet. Found slightly weird that had to take drinks orders but also understand as easier for them to put into the system. Overall would absolutely recommend to anyone and we will be coming back!

The hotel is small and the majority of staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. Our room was over the nearby bars so very noisy at night especially as the World Cup games were being shown. The cleanliness of all the hotel and its spaces is second to none. Our biggest disappointment was the restaurant. The restaurant manager was rude until the last couple of days when he started using my name. The food choices were limited, repetitive and not of good quality. We visited on 2 occasions and were not offered drinks. The idea of having to fill out a duplicated piece of paper for drinks you did order when you are AI was bizarre. We had wristbands to show we were AI! I did like the idea of the red/green card system showing if the table was occupied but why we had to wait to be escorted to a table, I’m not sure. The hotel is just off the main area and easily accessible for the beach and trains. The evening vocalists were excellent.

A really nice hotel, the staff were incredibly welcoming as soon as we arrived, very friendly and understanding as I tried my best to speak in Spanish. All staff I spoke to helped me improve my speaking skills in Spanish. The room was very tidy, bed was comfortable and made very well every day. The restaurant had a good choice of food but if you are a vegetarian probably not enough choice. No problem getting a sun bed although not a lot of beds close to the pool, if you want a quiet time away from the pool you can have it. Close walk to the shops and beach. Also has a train station near so you can get to Barcelona easily.
