First of all the staff are incredible at this hotel - friendly and hospitable and the food is delicious with lots of choices whatever your preferences. However after reading the reviews before we went we expected more 😟 Our hotel room was 2 single beds pushed together and the balcony view was overlooking the street . I’m sure you can ask for both of these things to be rectified before you book so bear that in mind. The housekeeping was poor all week - the bed linen may have been changed once during our stay and the bathroom not cleaned once . They made the beds and tidied but that was about it. Our extraction fan didn’t work in the bathroom which was reported day 1 but never fixed during our stay. Also the hairdryer kept cutting out so please take your own if required ! The shower was either cold or scorching and when reported downstairs they said there’s a knack to it and you have to run the cold for a minute and turn the heat up gradually . Not something you really want to faff with on your hols 🙄 Outside in the pool area it’s very quiet except between 1-2 when aqua aerobics in on and then it’s very loud ! Also there was a lot of litter in the bushes and Sunbeds and tables were filthy. Costa Brava itself is quite dirty also with litter everywhere and the beach isn’t great at all , don’t expect golden sand and a sun lounger ! The Main Street with shops are ok and the restaurants are very good but as with most Spanish resorts the shop keepers are very brash and rude persuading to buy their merch. The gym is tiny - as shown in the pictures they have 3 pieces of cardio equipment which were never cleaned and when I asked for some cleaner they looked stunned . There is one weights bench and a rack of dumbells so please don’t choose this hotel if you are fitness focused. I must emphasis again however the staff and food were top notch !!!

I must say, I absolutely loved the hotel; the staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and the food was amazing. In particular, I must applaud Juan Carlos at the restaurant and Lidia and Daniel at reception. I don't tend to visit places again, but on this I would make an exception!

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel , rooms are very spacious and comfortable , spotless clean . The staff are excellent , Daniel at reception was super friendly and helped with any questions or issues we had . Lots of activities during the day especially enjoyed the aqua aerobics and the entertainment team were very very good . The bar staff and restaurant staff could not of been more friendly and never waited long to be served . The food and drink really lovely lots of choice . Overall we had a wonderful experience and this hotel and would highly recommend it .
