A very good hotel, high level of service, I recommend 👍!

Good day everyone. We stayed at Sultan Gardens Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. We visited Egypt for the first time, there were some doubts about the level of service, but it turned out we were worrying for nothing. Today our vacation at Sultan Gardens ends, and I am writing this review with a slight sadness. The hotel exceeded expectations, mainly thanks to the people who work here. The main advantage is the staff: This is simply a dream team. It feels like people who genuinely love their work work here. No one needs to ask for help—everyone anticipates desires. Everyone is very attentive, tactful, and respectful. Restaurant: The diet is varied - there is a children's table, a dietary menu, various soups (up to borscht), lamb, chicken, turkey, duck, fish (the salmon was very tasty), fruits 🍇, dates. A low bow to the chef and restaurant manager for the cuisine and atmosphere. Visited the restaurant Waiters — attentive, polite. We once had dinner at a French a la carte restaurant. Beach and grounds: a gorgeous, green, and well-maintained area. The hotel grounds have many bars and pools. The beach is clean, the staff on the beach are very respectful and hardworking, always ready to help. There are many spots on the beach - sun loungers can be found at any time of day. Reception: The check-in took 15 minutes. The room is good, with a sea view. Daily room cleaning. Thank you to the managers for solving any questions. A pleasant bonus was the treat of dates upon departure - very nice and hospitable. A bright team of animators decorated our vacation. The guys work well, everyone will find a hobby for themselves. In the evening there is always live music and various shows. Thank you to all the staff and management of the hotel for the excellent service and warm welcome. Today is our last day at this wonderful hotel, and we are leaving with a slight note of regret because the vacation flew by unnoticed, and we really don't want to leave this place. I want to express huge gratitude to all the hotel staff for our wonderful vacation! This is the case where the staff is the main attraction of the place. The guys are so attentive and friendly that you don't even have to ask for anything—they see everything themselves and are always happy to help. The attitude towards guests is exclusively respectful and kind. Beach: Clean, well-kept, excellent sea access: from the shore for children, and from the pier and pontoon for adults. There are always free beds. The beach staff are great, they always help with sunbeds, towels, and care for every guest. Nutrition: Diverse - there is a choice of meat: beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, seafood - fish, shrimp, octopus, crabs. A large amount of snacks and side dishes, vegetables. Two types of soup for lunch. For breakfast there are always porridges, pancakes, delicious waffles and pancakes. Special thanks to the chef and the restaurant manager for the excellent organization of work. Thank you very much to all the waiters and their assistants! For my birthday, they made a real surprise: they brought a delicious dessert and even played the drums. It was incredibly touching and memorable! Reception: Special thanks to the front desk staff and the manager for their promptness, attention to detail, and hospitality. Even when we checked out, we were given a nice complimentary gift - they treated us to dates. A trifle, but very nice! The hotel grounds are beautiful, green, and well-kept. Thank you to the management for raising such a strong team of professionals. We will definitely come back here again and recommend the hotel to friends!
