Exceptional value for money hotel. For the price the food was decent, rooms acceptable and pools good. Beach is the best thing about the hotel, private shallow beach great for young kids. I wouldn't call this a 5 star hotel but the prices aren't 5 star either so can't complain. The staff and service are first class. Lofty at the restaurant and Ibrahim Eid were amazing and looked after us and kids really well. The hotel is 95% Russian, with all the amenities catered to Russians, wasn't a problem for us but wish we had known before. We met some lovely russian and Ukrainian families and our kids got on really well with them but language barrier was tough for us and the kids. The kids club isn't very good, poor amenities and staff aren't friendly at all, this was the worst part of the hotel for us, which is a shame because everything else was great. Very good 4 star hotel with great staff and decent amenities, great price but poor kids club.

We had a fantastic time at Sultan Gardens Resort! The dining experience truly exceeded our expectations. The food variety is outstanding — great selection of meat, delicious seafood, plenty of tasty snacks throughout the day, and the pastry section is just top-notch. The à la carte restaurants were also wonderful and very flavorful! A huge thank you to the restaurant staff: everyone is super quick, polite, and attentive. Special shoutout to the manager for keeping everything running seamlessly and paying attention to every guest. The hotel grounds are clean and beautiful, the vibe is fun, and the beach is just gorgeous. We would love to come back! With love from Ukraine ☺️

Gorgeous hotel, delicious and varied food in the main restaurant, special thanks to the waiters, always attentive and kind, all the staff are very friendly and polite, room service is top-notch, cleaning is beyond praise! Living reef, long coastline, rich underwater world. Clean and well-kept territory. I definitely recommend the hotel and we will come back here again!
