We recently enjoyed a very nice holiday at your wonderful hotel. We would like to say a special thank you to the Reception staff, but a very special thank you to Raphael for his kindness and curtesy and also to Erica and especially to Tony, lifeguard and pool attendant for his kind helpfulness and all other staff who made our stay so enjoyable. I would also like to thank management for the surprise gift I received on my birthday which was so unexpected. We hope very much to stay again. Vincent and Breed Kearney.

We didn’t actually stay at the hotel, but visited for the day and booked a Balinese bed with a bottle of fizz and a fruit platter, was a fabulous, relaxing day. The reason for my review is for an outstanding member of staff, who looked after us. His name was Nico and worked behind the bar. His customer service/care was 10/10 Lynn Xx
