Excellent attention, all details, beautiful, central. Staff with a fun touch, traditional chulapo/a uniforms, a nod to Madrid's tradition and culture. Exquisite food. I will return! Without a doubt...!!!!

Very spacious and very comfortable room. The staff is very friendly and very professional. Excellent location and the facilities are very welcoming. Piano music, there was an excellent pianist. I did not have the opportunity to visit the dining room given the brevity of my stay. But I did visit the bar and the experience was excellent.

Very expensive for what it offers, almost 300 euros per night on a Wednesday, for a simple room with very basic amenities and not a single thoughtful touch. The bed made a lot of noise Good cleanliness and the location is very good too
