We arrived on 17th October for our honeymoon, we cannot fault this hotel in the slightest it has literally been amazing from start to finish. From EVERY member of staff they have been so friendly and helpful. Cheery saying hello every where we go. They cannot do enough. The hotel provide cabbies around the resort and Ahmed has been amazing he has helped us from day one to our last taking photos, helping with bags, waiting for us to get on and off and helping others with stools. Genuinely such a lovely man. The waiters around the pool Antony Lovely makes beautiful cocktails! We also used the excursions boys from the pool for a boat trip and it was perfect! Reception staff are so helpful and the security staff make sure we are safe before we leave the grounds. Every single member of staff simply cannot do enough. We will be back Rixos and again thank you for helping us celebrate such a special occasion. You will be able to use the a la carte as many times as you wish! But the palm resturant is also amazing. The boys who work in the Chinese resturant all 3 waiters are great at their job. So helpful and make sure you dont wait too long on drinks. These 3 waiters are so friendly and helpful! Service so good we came back twice within our stay! Also bring EGP for the staff for tipping, tip everyone you can the staff work hard here they deserve recognition tip what youcan they greatly appreciate it. Do not tip in GPB coins this is no use to the staff they cannot use it!!! Top tip if you climb Mount Sinai/ Moses Mountain bring the children chocolate bar they will this!

This is our second visit here and just as amazing as the first time. Absolutely love it here and we don't usually go back to the same hotel twice. Rooms and hotel are always spotless and well maintained. The landscape is beautiful and the gardeners work so hard. It is the staff that make this hotel and would like to mention some of them. Rania serves ice cream and waffles on the beach and she is so friendly and lovely. Marian Medina serves drinks at coffee planet in the lobby and again so lovely and friendly and always remembered our drink orders. Youssef mohamed also brought our drink orders and always had a smile for us. The buggy guys are amazing and Solomon is absolutely outstanding. Romeo, Mohamed Ali and Aladdin are great too and always do a fantastic job. Eslam Mohamed was our cleaner and he was brilliant. Our room was always spotless and he really looked after us. Restaurant staff are all amazing we just couldn't get everyone's name. Muhamed is one of the managers and again one of the outstanding members of staff. Always a smile and a giggle. The Spa and staff are fantastic too. Alexandria on reception is always friendly and Tarek is just the best. Will only see Tarek when we come next time as he is just so lovely. The massages are pure bliss. We did a boat trip this time and Bryan looked after us. We saw him last time we were here and he is fabulous. Staff at guest relations are so helpful. Needed a couple of things sorted and it was dealt with so quickly and efficiently so a big thank you. The only couple of negatives we found this time was lack of sunbeds, as so many people reserved them so so early in the morning and then disappeared for part of the day. Sometimes they had reserved one at the pool and one on the beach. We did report this and it was dealt with one day but not the next. They have a 40 minute rule for leaving sunbeds unattended but didn't find it was really upheld. When we came in June last year we didn't have any issues with sunbeds but September is busier so it's expected. Overall fantastic hotel and we will be back next year.

Everything was simply perfect, from the beautiful and comfortable rooms to the excellent food and the outstanding service throughout the resort. A truly luxurious experience that exceeded our expectations. However, we would especially like to highlight the Beauty Salon and give a very special mention to Marwa. Marwa is an exceptional lady who deserves the highest praise. She is incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful and, above all, extremely professional. Her warm personality, dedication and genuine care for her guests make all the difference. It is people like Marwa who turn a wonderful holiday into a truly memorable experience. She is a real asset to the hotel and a perfect example of what five-star hospitality should be. A huge compliment and heartfelt thank you to Marwa!
