The hotel was very good and very clean. The food was fantastic. We would like to thank the reception, lobby bar staff (Mithat, Mohammed), Chef Erşin and Osama in the restaurant, and Mohammed, the lifeguard who never took his eyes off the children, for their attention and care.

In April we were with friends and children at the Reef Oasis in Sharm and everything was perfect! Perhaps a little too crowded with Italians, but everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail! We liked it so much that we returned at the end of August to spend 10 days at the Sentido, which is also located at the Reef. The The staff welcomed us as always in a cordial and kind manner! I have a good relationship with many of them, so much so that they said goodbye to me with a 'see you again'. The rooms are clean and spacious; unlike the Reef, the Sentido does not have a bidet!!! but it is much quieter and more peaceful. The restaurant is perfect for all needs. The Sentido mini club is well organized with air conditioning, board games, and a PS5. The entertainers are very kind and are part of the international group. I am thinking of returning for Easter

Thanks to them, our holiday was much more enjoyable; thank you for your efforts and attention. We would also like to thank Antonus for his kindness, meticulousness, and wonderful work in cleaning our room. Finding our room spotlessly clean and tidy every day greatly enhanced our holiday comfort. Many thanks to her for her excellent service and friendly demeanor. Since the hotel beach is near a reef area, you should bring a snorkel and enjoy snorkeling. Not every hotel offers this facility. As two families with children, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable holiday overall at this hotel. Room Location and Pools: Our room being close to the pool and dining area was a great convenience for families with children. Retrieving a forgotten item from the room and returning to it took no time at all. Furthermore, the fact that almost every room block had its own pool meant the pool areas were peaceful and felt completely private, never crowded. Sea Transportation: Transportation to the sea was provided by shuttle service, and the shuttles were available at all times. Although the distance between the room and the sea might initially seem like a disadvantage, it offered a wonderful opportunity for the children to rest on the way back from the sea. Meals and A la Carte Experience: While the buffet food wasn't perfect, the variety was adequate, and we never went hungry. The fact that the area wasn't overly crowded also allowed us to have a relaxed mealtime. We tried Italian, Indian, and kebab options at the A la Carte restaurants, which require reservations. Despite my initial prejudice, we had the most unforgettable and beautiful evening at the Indian restaurant; the atmosphere, the food, and the attentiveness of the staff were impeccable. At the kebab restaurant, we experienced a slight delay, and we were not satisfied with the treatment we received. It was ethically unacceptable that customers who arrived in swimwear after us were accepted but not treated with the same respect. Entry, Exit and Flexibility: We were very pleased with the hotel's customer satisfaction-focused approach. When we arrived at the hotel around 11-12 noon, they took us straight to our room without any delay. Similarly, they were flexible and helpful until the last day's transfer deadline. We completed our holiday in a very relaxed manner, without getting tired during the arrival and departure processes with the children. Overall, it was a comfortable, relaxing stay, suitable for families with children. Thank you!
