Booked with tui and the photos make the pool and rooms look much bigger. In reality the pool is too small with not enough sunbeds and the hotel rooms must have previously been for up to two people but theyve put another double bed in with no drawers or any wardrobe. The beds are pushed together so no walkaround space and there is no door on the bathroom its a slider with gaps either end so no privacy. We arrived at night to a dirty room with spilled drink and I think vomit from previous guests. The towels had mascara smeared on them. The next day I repeatedly had to ask for the room to be cleaned and then when I went down again and asked for the maid to return back up she knew herself where on the bedside floor i was referring to. The rooms keys are not dependable, the lifeguards do not man the pool they are looking to pick up your towels if gone longer than 20mins and physical fights broke out during the day at kids water polo. The hotel is completely understafed and rooms are not suitable for families. The staff are all lovely though, food no complaints and close to the beach.

Just back from a 5 night stay here. The hotel is spotless. The rooms are small but adequate as only really for sleeping. The cleaners do an exceptional job and clean towels supplied every day. The food was good overall something even for my fussy kids. The restaurant is spotless snd things topped up regularly. Hard to get s sunbed but everyone reserves beds and then leave for the dsy, on the last day I noticed the lifeguards removing things from sunbeds. Entertainment staff deserve a medal especially the man who wore black t shirt st the mini disco sp good with kids. Got them all to join in even my 8 year old with Autism. I'm sorry I never got his name. All the reception team are lovely. The only one downside to this hotel is the wi fi isn't great snd the English tv channels are very jumpy so you couldn't really watch it.

I’m at this hotel now not one for writing reviews bot if you got anxiety like me do not come come for 40 mins for a sun lounger if you can get one it’s like a cattle market ppl running to beds fir there like shocking EAs not told about food times it what the hotel has to offer just noticed a gym some of the staff are friendly the rooms are nice breakfast nice just sr to be no communication children got a cola with there diner as there no drinks with your food to get a bill at the end of the evening was not Told drinks had to be payed !for clean rooms only on day 2 and my anxiety is threw the roof wouid not recommend this hotel if your looking for a relaxing time for yhe prices I’ve payed
