We had a really lovely stay at Costa Encantada and our son absolutely loved it. The biggest highlight for us was definitely the room. It was renovated, very spacious and honestly one of the best family rooms we've stayed in so far. We were really impressed with the space and how comfortable it was. The hotel itself has great facilities, lovely pools and everything was very clean and well maintained. I also used the spa and absolutely loved it, the facilities were excellent, modern and beautifully renovated. The entertainment was another highlight. There was plenty going on and we had a lot of fun as a family. Our son really enjoyed himself too. The hotel is only a short walk from the beach and we found the walk there very easy, even with a young child. The only areas that could have been better were the restaurant and service. We felt the restaurant could have had a bit more variety, especially over several days, and unfortunately not every member of staff we came across was particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, though, we had a great family holiday. The facilities are excellent, our son had a fantastic time and the room in particular exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again.

Great 10 nights spent here. We loved every minute. Food was great and as a vegetarian ... there was plenty of freshly cooked fish every night for me. My 8 and 6 year old grandchildren loved the slides and were able to potter into the snack bar and arcade on their own. Not much immediately outside but that didn't bother us. The staff were lovely and the hotel itself was kept spotlessly clean. Have to mention Gale at reception... who went out of her way to get us a large taxi at the last minute on the day we were leaving .. as others have said .. she's a lovely lady. We will be booking to return next year.

We found the hotel to be decent enough . It was good to have a separate double room for us adults with the three kids in the lounge . Food was great every night , not sure why there are bad reviews , they have a lot of people to cater for and they do it pretty well . Loads of options. We had full board which doesn’t include drinks ( apart from at breakfast ) or pool snacks . A bottle of beer was 3.50 euros so not bad at all . We found the layout a little odd and I’m sure that’s to stop people who aren’t on full board drifting in and out of the restaurant . There was only one way in and out and the toilets were outside and down some stairs onto the garage level . This was not great when your little kids want the toilet every 15 mins , usually hotels have lobby toilets or at least some closer . The pools were great and kids were in them all day long . We had water park tickets with the hotel package and we went there twice . Amazing and definitely recommend getting the digital photo pass , photos were great ! Kids entertainment at night was ok for smaller ones . Ten minute walk down to the beach which had plenty of activity every night . Lovely ice cream parkour on the way down . Overall probably would go back , there is some tiredness there but nothing atrocious and the kids had a whale of a time .
