Wow reading some of these reviews really makes me feel that I was in the same boat and would just about give this hotel a 2 star rating. Book elsewhere there are much better hotels that deserve a 4* star rating but not this one. We are having still so many issues with this hotel in trying to get a refund due to not even staying one night and from the reviews I am so glad we didn't stay as it would have escalated to a longer complaint. The hotel staff are rude, and lie - even the hotel chain "Medplaya" head office does not acknowledge any form of complaint. I am so glad we moved hotel where we could enjoy the rest of our holiday. Save yourself and book elsewhere not worth the hassle with the hotel go and enjoy a holiday in a good 4* hotel but not here !!

Nice hotel good location but the food was not even a2 star rating never had a hot meal every time we went for food it was cold didn’t even have beans for breakfast most days and can’t even explain the eggs apart from snotty but the drinks where very good
