This hotel is marketed as four stars. It is a relatively old building with a few marks of age to be found here and there. However there is no doubt that the team in this hotel are four star. A well organised reception and house keeping team is just the start. The restaurant team especially Azziz, Caron, Marta and Jonas plus the two men on the show cooking always have time for their guests. The food offering is very good and varied. The bar team are also very good with a special mention go Anzelica and Roger. We will certainly be visiting again.

Had a fab time at this hotel all inclusive, very good price. Staff excellent. Entertainment for young and old by BRYAN was really great. Room 121 had its own balcony loved that. Food was very good with lots of variety. Drink excellent. I could see the beach and the town was lovely. As a family of six adults we had a ball for 2 weeks. ❤️

The location of the hotel is amazing. Close to the beach, city centre, station, everything you need is literally walking distance. I booked a half board option and enjoyed it well, breakfast + dinner or lunch (could swap). For about £3.50 a day you could also add drinks to the dinner which was a good deal. The food was nice, maybe not huge selection but at least it was tasty and everyone could choose something. I was really happy with the food. The restaurant is a bit small hut that’s also as everyone goes in at the same time. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels exchanged daily too. The hotel itself eventough clean didn’t look much like it was due to the age clearly visible. Not sure if I would give it 4 stars but in general happy with the stay. The kids side sofa a bit hard but the main bed very comfortable. The pool could be cleaner, the stains from suncreams etc yellowish on the sides… but the water temp was great, perfect just to jump in.
