First of all, if you don't have a car, don't come, and if you have young children, meaning carrying the stroller or also too many stairs, the beach is a 15-minute walk away; furthermore, it's a shame that the residence is not maintained, and finally, no one pays attention to the pool rules; the lounge chairs are taken first thing in the morning by people who leave and then come back at the end of the day. Swimwear that should be mandatory is not respected either; even today, August 17, a woman topless felt allowed to go into the water topless where there were only children in the water; in conclusion, I do not recommend it if you have children.

The apartment was decent, AC, however no oven, the hotel restaurant is under construction! Regarding the residence, it used to be an adults-only hotel and I think some people still think that is the case. The pool rules require a swimsuit to swim. Several times women were swimming topless, there was even one who took off her swimsuit bottom in front of the children. Two days in a row we had to deal with a couple of women in the pool topless, kissing. There are also couples who think they are alone in the pool. Several times I saw families leave the pool because of that. It is all well and good to remind people that floats are forbidden for children, but it is time to clarify the rules. Some people leave their towels there when they are no longer there. Oh yes, if your accommodation does not have a private parking space, keep looking. Everything is on a slope, no space, forced to park 2 streets down and climb 280 steps!!

Gran Canaria Smell from the sinks was like dead body parts buried in the pipes for the whole week, they only attempted to clear it once, so 4 adults using one shower/toilet. constant presence of flies. The bar and restaurant at the pool that was advertised (a big part of choosing this apartment,) was closed down, and had been for over a year! 😡 The built in wardrobe in my room was CHAINED and padlocked so I couldn't use it, apparently where cleaning equipment was stored. My door handle came off in my hand day 3, bedroom curtains were ripped and coffee machine didnt work properly. The big TV advertised with all apps didn't work ... we kept being told it would be "unlocked" but never was. And to top it all off ... this crane was constantly back and forth over our heads on the balcony as there was a building site across the road!!!! Unbelievably they would only refund us 25%!
