Avoid This Hotel – My Family's Worst Holiday Experience
I was due to stay at this hotel from 12 June to 22 June with my 3-year-old son, my two older children, and my carer. However, the conditions became so unacceptable that we spent the final three days of our holiday at a different resort because we simply could not continue staying there.
The first thing I would advise anyone staying here is this: check your mattresses and bedding immediately upon arrival. Do not just look at the sheets. Lift them up and inspect the mattresses properly. During our stay, we found mattresses and bedding stained with urine, faeces, blood, menstrual blood, and other bodily fluids. The condition of the sleeping areas was completely unacceptable, especially for families travelling with children.
The sanitary facilities were also in a poor condition. Toilets and bathrooms were frequently dirty, and despite raising concerns repeatedly, the overall standards of cleanliness did not improve to an acceptable level.
There was also a bed bug problem during our stay. My 3-year-old son suffered numerous bed bug bites, and other members of the family were also affected. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent our time reporting issues, taking photographs and videos, and trying to get basic problems addressed.
As a disabled guest, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of accessibility. I had declared my disability before travelling, yet I was placed in accommodation requiring multiple flights of stairs to access meals and facilities. Climbing those stairs several times a day caused significant pain, exhaustion, and physical difficulty. In my experience, this hotel failed to properly accommodate disabled guests.
The food was another major disappointment. The selection was extremely repetitive, with very little variety from one day to the next. Many meals were repeated daily, and the quality was far below what we expected from an all-inclusive holiday.
What I find difficult to understand is how some reviews describe a completely different experience. During our stay, I even recorded conversations where members of staff acknowledged the poor conditions. This only added to my frustration, as it gave the impression that many of the issues were already known.
Throughout our stay, I collected extensive photographic and video evidence of the conditions we encountered. Unfortunately, review websites limit how much evidence can be uploaded. If anyone would like to see the videos and photographs from our stay, feel free to contact me via TikTok at Jojo Lina Gia, and I will be happy to share the evidence so that people can make an informed decision before booking.
A family holiday should be about creating happy memories. Instead, this holiday became a stressful, exhausting, and upsetting experience for my children, my carer, and myself. The fact that we felt forced to leave and spend the final three days of our holiday elsewhere says everything about our experience.
Based on my personal experience, I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to families with young children, disabled travellers, or anyone who values cleanliness, hygiene, accessibility, and customer care.
What makes this situation even more disappointing is that these issues were repeatedly reported to hotel staff and management throughout our stay. The mattresses were inspected, the bedding issues were reported, and the bed bug concerns were raised on multiple occasions. However, instead of properly rectifying the problems, we were left with the same stained mattresses, the same bedding, and in the same room where the bed bug issues had been reported. As a guest, especially travelling with children and as a disabled person, I found it unacceptable that such serious concerns were repeatedly brought to the hotel's attention but were not properly resolved.

If you read a review by Julie H don’t take it as gospel. There was 1 class of primary school children celebrating their last day at primary school - they were like any average group of children (really annoying) because kids are but they were just having fun and spent about 30-40 minutes in the pool the rest of the time we didn’t see them and me and my partner spent all day at the pool :). Room wise you get what you pay for if you pay for a room with balcony and aircon that’s what you get, if not then obviously you don’t - hope this helps!
All of the staff are incredibly friendly, the activity coordinators try to get everyone involved but they’re never pushy. My partner and I never wanted to get involved in activities but the staff still made the effort to come and chat with us without asking to get involved.
Lots of food options, some repeated items which was helpful for my partner as he doesn’t like to try new things so there was always something for him to eat and myself got to try a lot of different things at the buffet.
Very clean and well kept, not even any bugs around which you would expect.

The hotel was ok for the star rating it had what was disappointing is that they had visit from a school of over 140 kids and they were not well behaved at all the teachers just let them run wild and and they were asked for them to consider other guest when mentioning this to hotel there response was they be gone in morning but the time they was there they were disrespectful they were running around the hotel between midnight and 3 am and then more at 6am. The hotel entertainment was like watching a karaoke at night. The music round the pool was on constant repeat and the only thing I could is the staff bar and cleaning staff were so lovely (we did give them all a big tip ) the apartment was tiny and there was no air con just a little fan and because we was in the apartment we had no private balcony so couldn’t leave door or windows open at night. The room was always hot. The pool area is nice but it’s a massive heat trap up there as it’s at top of hotel yes we used a lot of sun protection so we wouldn’t burn but it was so hot we still did and my friend has second degree burns she spent most holiday covered up.would not recut his hotel sorry
