We have just spent 10 days at this beautiful hotel, we had upgraded to Privilege before arriving. Our room was lovely, and on arrival a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates were delivered. Food at the hotel was 5 star in every restaurant we dined in. We didn’t eat in the buffet during the visit. I have to mention Africa and her team at the Brasserie were outstanding! So friendly and made our evenings fun and enjoyable. We are returning next year.

We spent a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the H10 with the Privilege package and EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect!! Room 771 with a terrace and an incredible view of the sea, the harbor, and the golf course. Terrace with an Infinity Pool and an air-conditioned room with a bar and snacks available at will. The hotel's infrastructure inspires calm and relaxation, everything there is impeccably clean. The various restaurants offer a menu of world cuisines... amazing!! A 20-minute walk from EL Faro with its shops and entertainment. Thanks to all the staff who knew how to make our vacation unforgettable; they are very professional and will do anything to please you.

Spectacular hotel in general, but the best part is the treatment from the staff, especially Africa and her team at the Brasserie, and Marta and her great team. A thousand thanks for the incredible treatment and attention; this girl Marta is professional. Because of people like her, this hotel deserves 10 stars. Take care of them, H10; you don't know what you have. We will return
