I am here at the minute food great . But waiting 35- 40 minutes for a mineral etc. One collecting glasses or cutting lemons the other serving same in entertainment area at bar . No machines to get mineral only water . Very bad system. Pool bar 1 serving the queue is beyond belief and the same in the evening at entertainment bar . Staff seem to be fed up that are embarrassed by the queue and only one serving and other clearing wiping tables . Saff re lovely entertainment staff a credit to them 👏 People are on holidays should not have to stand waiting. I reported it today. Hope I meet manager of this hotel . I did tonight seen this person walking down to have a look . Well unfortunately it was quite at this point so hopefully she needed my concerns . I hope by me outlining my points to management that staff get more help . Good management makes happy staff hopefully things will change. Not staffs fault this is a management issues .
