Hard mattress, bathtub with a half-screen that lets water out, small TV, fridge inside the closet, scarce entertainment, little variety at breakfast, elevators at peak hours are a nightmare. Unbeatable location, wonderful staff.

Good afternoon, we have been here for a few days at the end of August, it is the fourth year we have gone, great as always, but they should replenish the food that is running out in the dining room sooner, such as leaving the food out until the dining room closing time instead of starting to remove it before the closing time, and putting out ham at breakfast. The hotel is located directly on the beach and is generally well situated, although somewhat outside of Torremolinos. Unfortunately, the good location and the friendly reception cannot compensate for the clear deficiencies in cleanliness, service, and gastronomy. Positive points + Direct beach location + Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk + Generally good location Negative points - Room not sufficiently clean - Visible stains on bed linens and towels - Dead insects under the glass top in the room – during the entire five-day stay, despite complaints, nothing was done - Unfriendly and unhelpful staff in the pool area - Entertainment staff partly rude and unprofessional - Food in the pool restaurant qualitatively disappointing - Price-performance ratio is not right I am aware that this is a three-star hotel. However, cleanliness, hygiene, and respectful treatment of guests have nothing to do with the number of stars. For the price charged, the service provided was clearly insufficient. Not recommended.
