Hello, This is a totally honest review from mine and my friends experience. We can only comment on the experience WE had, I understand this doesn’t apply to all people who have reviewed previously. Firstly - it is advertised as no air con so I don’t get the reviews stating that they had no air con in the rooms, nowhere says it has air con. Secondly: if people are noisy, that isn’t the hotels fault and can only be told to the keep the noise down. Our hotel room was fine, cleaners came in, one sink the water came straight through so we just used the other sink, NO DRAMA. Could always get sun lounges Drinks all inclusive where ok, I only drank lager but my friend had the mixers and we aren’t fussy so where ok. Food, food was ok for breakfast but we chose to eat out on a night, our choice and no reflection on the hotel food. I honestly do not get how people complain about things that are indirect to the hotel? Cockroaches, noise, people. You should base your review of the hotel on the HOTEL not things that aren’t associated with the hotel. I would go back to Tenerife. Thank you and you have left the chip pan on! Ya know what I mean?!

This hotel should not be advertised, we were all inclusive and every drink I asked for i was told was not on all inclusive, we went to reception to complain our room was infested with cockroaches and was given an alternative room that was also infested with cockroaches, they were coming out the settee/bed , we literally had no sleep, when we told the staff about the cockroaches we were told all they can do is swap rooms however as previously said what was the point in doing this again as the second was also infested. We ended up checking out 4 days early and moving hotels. This was breakfast only so not only have we had to pay €400 for hotel but lost our all inclusive as well , not that we could eat or drink in the hotel anyway absolutely disgusting hotel and should be knocked down. They serve better food in prison

A lot of bad reviews but just back and would book this hotel again, apart from no air con in the room. The room spacious near 2 lovely pools and a times were very quiet. The restaurant was never busy so lots of space and food is what is expected from all inclusive, we all found food we liked. We meet some lovely staff all friendly. As it is budget hotel there is lots of young groups out to party but we also meet some lovely groups who were very considerate, and we meet some lovely families to talk too.
