The only good thing about the hotel, the staff who are very kind and pleasant, the room was clean and the Argentine lifeguard, very helpful at all times. The hotel needs a total renovation, in our bathroom the shower was rusty, my bed legs were wobbly, they moved a lot. There was no shower gel in the bathroom. The buffet was not good at all, we were there for 12 days and the same breakfast every day. The lunch and dinner buffet had very little variety, there were almost no dishes to choose from and very little variation between the lunch and dinner buffet. There was no air conditioning, neither in the rooms nor in the common areas, if you want a fan, you have to pay for it. We went the second half of October and it was very hot. The all-inclusive ends at ten-thirty at night. The pool says it is heated, but I don't know what they consider heated, since it was cold.
Karlen, the hotel entertainer. He was very kind and attentive to us at all times. He recommended several places to visit, giving us tips that made our stay even more special. In addition, he was always looking out for us and the hotel activities, encouraging us to participate and making sure we were comfortable. It is clear that he enjoys his work and that he cares about making sure guests have a great experience. Thank you so much, Karlen, for your kindness, approachability, and friendliness! Without a doubt, people like you make vacations even better. We have spent some wonderful days. Everything was great, but we especially want to highlight the entertainer Karlen, for his joy and good vibes; the bar waiter Yordanki, always attentive and with a smile; and the lifeguard Víctor, for his kindness. Thanks to people like that, vacations are enjoyed even more. Without a doubt, we would return!
