"I had booked two months ahead and asked for the exact room where my partner and I stayed last year, looking forward to a romantic return visit. But when we arrived, I was given a completely different room. After I spoke up, they moved us to a third room instead. I couldn't really make sense of their explanation, especially since the room I actually booked (and had a confirmation email for) sat empty during our whole stay. It feels like this hotel isn't interested in building a base of regular customers, but focuses more on random bookings through travel agents. I usually love this place, which is why this experience was so disappointing."

I thought this hotel was very good value for money. The rooms were spacious and ours overlooked the pool. Yes thete were a couple of stag parties but they did not disturb us. Thete was also a 100 strong party of teenage Spanish school children who were very polite and quiet. The staff went over and above to help us from Reception to dining room staff abd even one who was on a break outside who told us all about local bars abd gave advice about taxis. Thete was a good choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Thank yo Blue Bay Banus for helping to make us enjoy our holiday.

Very tired property, room standards poor. Cleaners very noisy in the morning. Buffet breakfast v poor quality. Place needs a refurbishment. 2-3 star at best
