The receptionist was ferry nice friendly but 12 people to sign in on his own.the cleaners was ferry God and polite 10 out 10.then we go down the lift to the restaurant the staff ferry unnoticeable not at all helpful push by you when getting your meals it didn't matter how polite you was to them .I got the feeling that they didn't like there job.and to top it of the same staff worked at the bar.we booked All inclusive we had two day's of the restaurant and the bar .that was splitting the holiday so eat out and drink at the shopping centre. If we go again it will be sealf catering. IF THE RESTAURANT Staff DON'T LIKE THE JOB get another don't spoil people's holidays. Thanks jim logan disappointed

Stayed with family and friends, had 4 apartments all next door to each other. (Kids aged from 11 to 18years, 10 people in total, 7days, All Inclusive) Not sure why this Hotel gets such bad comments. Think if you want Top Nosh, then pay for it. On arrival approx 8.30pm Reception was very helpful and we dropped our cases to our rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy and we were happy. We managed to get down for tea which was great as we were all so hungry, plenty of food still left. Our whole week there was fab, all the staff work so hard and don't stop. Our room was cleaned, new towels and bedding 4 times within our 7 nights there, same with our friends rooms. Food was great everyday, yes its sometimes the same but again you want more then pay more. Kids loved the pool and the inflatable was out for 2 hours on the Thursday and we all had so much laughs on that. Always got Sunbeds. The Hotel is high up so we got Taxi's down to the bottom and back up, but the Taxi's are cheap. Did walk it once but that was a lot of steps downs. Europa Centre is very near by with more shops, bars and Restaurants. We did loads in our 7days We got the ferry to Mogan which was lush. Also seen the fountains on the Saturday. Husbands also took Jet skies out with the kids. And did Aqua land, you can get deals for this which includes the coach there. We had a lush jam packed 7 days, the place is beautiful and the views from hotel, day and night were stunning. The Commercial Centre down from the Hotel does stay open into the early hours but the noise never stopped us sleeping. Only ate tea away from the Hotel once because we wanted an evening out and a couple of lunches because we were out all day. Only thing that annoyed me at the Hotel was the actual people staying there, there is a sign that politely says please bring cups/glasses back to the bar area when finished. When the Sunbeds were cleared on an evening the amount of cups on the floor just left for staff to clean up was just pure laziness! Thank you Colina Mar for a lovely stay :-)

Never again. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. During my stay, I discovered that money and bank cards were missing from my purse after it had been left in my room for the first and only time during my stay. The purse was inside a bag and covered by other belongings, making it unlikely that it would have been seen accidentally. What concerns me most is the way the situation was handled. No mention by the hotel manager, Anna, that another couple staying just two doors away had also reported a theft. Despite this, no meaningful investigation appeared to take place, and my concerns were dismissed. On the day the items went missing, I was away from the hotel enjoying the local market. To my knowledge, housekeeping was the only service that had access to the room during that time. While I cannot say with certainty what happened, I expected my report to be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. I was appalled by the lack of empathy, concern and support shown throughout the process. At no point was an apology offered for the distress and inconvenience caused. Based on my experience, I will never stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to others. If you choose to stay here, I would strongly advise keeping all valuables locked away and not leaving cash or bank cards unattended in your room.
