I have nothing but the most amazing things to say about this hotel, from start to finish each & every staff member here went above & beyond. We landed in Paris at 9 & check in wasn’t until 3 so our plan was to go to drop the bags & head out for the day, so we headed to the hotel & was asking about leaving bags, they proceeded to let us have our room early which was an absolute godsend as we were so tired! The room was gorgeous very clean, beds all set up ready, pull out bed was made & everything you needed was right there. Our room looked out onto the pool & just stunning views, bed was huge & very comfy with extra pillows, blankets etc. The pool was very clean with loads of clean towels available, my son loved it there & swam everyday. Bar staff were lovely, very helpful & polite, again went above & beyond with a cocktail I had, changing bits to my liking. The reception staff were amazing, I asked about a late check out which they gave me for no extra charge, honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed & my 10 year old is asking to go back just so he can stay here again. Can’t recommend this enough!! Esp if your going to Disney as they run very regular free shuttle buses. Stunning hotel we will 100% be back!!

We give the hotel a rating of 10. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive; they even assisted us in Spanish. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchen and well-decorated. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything necessary. The breakfast is complete and of high quality. It has a very cool heated pool to spend a good time and also a small gym. The hotel has its own free buses to Disney, but there were none at noon. But next to the hotel you can take a city bus, the 2234, which drops you off at the parks for 2.5 euros per person. 500 meters away there is a large supermarket and restaurants. In short, a highly recommended option.

Everything looked very nice, but the sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable, you could feel every spring of the mattress poking you. Another major inconvenience was the shower issue: besides the water pressure being minimal in the shower, the temperature was impossible to regulate. Either you got burned or it was totally cold. When we explained it at the front desk to see if it could be fixed, they came to the room and gave us instructions on how to use the Faucet, according to them the problem was that we didn't know how to use the shower!!! Terrible, we spent all three days hating the shower moment. I would definitely not stay here again
