Been here 3 days and very disappointed with the hotel . Big queues for drinks bars closed . Room is poor some of the staff especially around the pool and pool bar were rude and very unprofessional. The hotel is not located close to the beach or shops they do provide a shuttle bus but its was over 20 mins late . Very very disappointed

I have just got back from here I was dreading it after reading some reviews on here but it was great! Especially the entertainment- the animation team are brilliant they work so hard and their dancing was phenomenal honestly- so talented i never ever stay in in hotels at night and watch the entertainment but I did here and i looked forward to it every night! I can’t believe some of the ridiculous comments i read on here complaining about it because it was honestly outstanding- the young dancers are absolutely amazing and they are always smiling and great with kids. They had everything you can think of in hotel like yoga and aerobics waterpolo and face painting for kids etc- disco every night for kids my daughter had the time of her life! Perfect for younger children with the little slides. The dancing from the two young girls and young man on the world dancing show was honestly just amazing! I didn’t expect to want to sit there watching entertainment every night but i looked forward to it. They deserve a pay rise because they are unbelievingly talented! Most of staff friendly and nice and the food was fine! I am vegetarian but there was always something I could eat and plenty of choice I wasn’t a fan of the blue food theme because my child was covered in blue food colouring lol. But i have stayed in 5* all inclusive hotels with far worse food and i honestly thought the food was pretty good. I don’t even write reviews but i want to reassure anyone booked to come here they made a good choice and the kids will love it! You will definitely love the entertainment! If the owner of this hotel reads this you should definitely give the animation team a bonus they really do make your hotel special!!

Read the reviews, not the best place! Whoever rated this place as 4* must be blind, that’s all I can say. Very rough and dated everywhere, lifts constantly breaking down. Very unhelpful staff in general, this is NOT suited for disability access at all, yes there maybe ramps and lift but you have to go all over the hotel to get to different areas. Food is awful, breakfast is by far the best meal of the day. Awful outlook from the ‘sutes’ f that’s what you could call them, large rooms with pitiful disgusting dirty furniture! The hotel is nowhere near anything and either a tidy walk or taxi ride away. On arrival you have to pay. Yes pay for a plastic cup to use for all inclusive! Yes you do get it back on checkout if you’re lucky enough to have kept hold of it all week, and if you happen to have to go buy another ‘token’ you get spoken too like a child for not taking responsibility of said plastic cup. The evening entertainment for adults last for 45 minutes. But the animation team for children looked well thought out Stay away!
