We stayed at Charmillion Club Resort from October 13th to 20th, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything was great, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the restaurant team, where every waiter was kind and attentive. However, we would especially like to highlight Morshed and Mohamed Khames Fooda, who were simply outstanding! Their kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail made our holiday truly special. They remembered our drinks so well that they were already waiting for us on the table when we arrived at the restaurant. When I experienced an upset stomach during our holiday, they even arranged a special meal for me that was gentle on my stomach. Beyond these thoughtful gestures, they did countless little things that made us feel genuinely cared for and helped make our holiday as enjoyable as possible. Their dedication and personal attention deserve the highest praise! The hotel itself is excellent, and the beach is beautiful, with a great location that makes the whole experience even better. If we had to mention one area for improvement, some of the rooms could be in slightly better condition. However, this did not take anything away from our overall experience, and perhaps we were simply given one of the more worn rooms. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday and would absolutely recommend Charmillion Club Resort! A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to Morshed and Mohamed Khames Fooda, for making our stay so memorable. People like them truly make the difference between a good holiday and an exceptional one. We would happily return!
