Our experience has been very disappointing. As soon as we arrived at the first dinner, we already observed a lack of care in the preparation of the food: we saw how the cook turned over a cuttlefish with his hands, and the general quality of the buffet seemed quite low to us. However, the most serious thing happened when we saw mice inside the dining room. After reporting it, they assured us that the problem was solved, but shortly after we saw it again, and we have a video of this second appearance. From that moment on, we completely lost our appetite and decided not to use the restaurant service again for the rest of our stay. The hotel only refunded the amount for the breakfasts and dinners we did not enjoy and the parking, a solution we consider insufficient to compensate for the damage suffered. For this reason, we have filed an official complaint, both through the establishment's complaint form and electronically with the Government of the Canary Islands. A truly regrettable start to a vacation.

In addition to being a clean, spacious, and comfortable place in all areas, both the pools and the apartment, the service has been impeccable, with much kindness and professionalism. I would especially like to greatly thank Sandra at reception for her kindness, her involvement, and how she facilitated the recovery of my lost documents. I am sure that good service is their daily mantra at work. Thank you!!!

Nice, tidy but tired rooms. Lovely views, great location. Disappointment 😞 with food, half board only but was hungry 💁‍♀️. Nice people and service.
