Lovely place overlooking marina with pleasant bar restaurants . However I was appalled that in two weeks the room was not cleaned once . After a week with not a clean sheet my husband went to reception . Was given 2 clean sheets which we had to put on yourself . They were flimsy and small sheets too. I got bitten a lot by mosquitoes not entirely the apartments fault as I got bitten a lot away from the marina too. However it didn’t help that I couldn’t get into a clean bed and the mattress under the sheet was bare . The couch was also itchy and grubby. A real shame as the location was perfect and the pool was lovely in warm. Would never go back due to the dirty looking bed and couch , alongside not one cleaner in 14 days and having to haggle just to get clean sheets of which you put on the bed yourself .

This place should be knocked down and all the staff given lessons on how to smile and deliver a good customer experience. We were there for 4 days and not a single maid came to our room to either replace towels or give us some toilet roll. You may think am being harsh here but we were with 12 of us and we all had the same experience. Honesty I’ve been in the military for 24 years and I’ve stayed in better holes that I’ve dug myself. Such a shame really as the location of the place is ok but the overall experience of this hotel lets everything down.

Reception man very grumpy. Rooms outdated. For 2 days ok. The bed is good. Not subject to repetition.
