Nice enough hotel but the balcony was never cleaned, the view was an old green car park, we had to ask after 4 days to change the sheets and cleaner left our door unlocked while we were out for the entire day. Food was good but overall not worth the value

Holiday started okay, however drinks are done by a token system where you exchange token for cup and then cup for token(if you dont want to carry them) the con to this is the cleaners and staff will take unattended cups if they're empty then forcing you to pay 1 euro for a new token even doing all inclusive, soon adds up as a family of 5! Cleaners for rooms aren't to be trusted they will steal and bundle items up with bedsheets for laundry (which are still dirty when put on fresh) the reception staff are terrible and unwilling to help at all with missing items from rooms, instead you get told in so many words to f*** off and go call the police however in order for the police to entertain a report you have to go to the local station and sign the report. The brand melia should be ashamed of the way these hotels are being run, I would highly advice from staying here.

Check in was easy and fast. All staff throughout the hotel are really friendly. Family rooms are a bit dated but a nice balcony overlooking the pool are. Pool area is as good as you will get both pools plus the splash park are brilliant for a relaxing day, although you need to be up early to get a sunbed. Food isn't good we only went b&b and only went down for breakfast once and ended up having chocolate waffles for breakfast. Kids entertainment is on from morning to night there's always something happening around the pool to keep everyone entertained. The hotel in general is class for families, clean and relaxed throughout. They clean the pools every night and they clean the pool area every morning.donr bother going into the arcade as they machines just swallow your money and you get no games as most are broken.
