Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was the condition of the toilet near the reception area. It appeared old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The door was positioned in such a way that it was difficult to close without rubbing against the walls. The toilets in the restaurant and the bar area were in a similar condition and often appeared dirty and inadequately cleaned. Cleanliness in the dining area was particularly concerning. The tablecloths were frequently stained and unpleasant to touch. On one occasion, we observed cutlery being returned to use after falling on the floor instead of being replaced. The food presentation and serving area were also below expectations, with food often scattered around serving trays and not cleaned up promptly during meal service. The beach itself was nice, but there were occasional strong oil or fuel odors, likely coming from ships passing nearby. Another challenge was communication, as many staff members spoke neither English nor Russian, which made it difficult to resolve issues or ask for assistance. Overall, the hotel did not meet the standards of cleanliness and service that we expected.

I am too disappointed about hotel. Stuff is rude with exceptions a few personnel. Kitchen is too dirty. The choice of food is very limited and not tasty. Many dishes simply disappear within seconds and are not replenished, and if you enter the dining hall even half an hour late, you simply will not be able to eat. The beach is really good, but it is considered as public, and even walking there is prohibited after 19:00. In addition, the smell of gasoline is noticeable from time to time. The swimming pool is too small and is not properly cleaned. During our 9-day stay, the water slides were simply not working for 2 days. To conclude our disappointing experience, after checking out we were not even offered water at the reception. The staff explained that the bar closes after 24:00, so they could not provide us with any.

Very dirty: 1. The bed blankets in one of our rooms were dirty and unchanged, so we had to request new clean blankets. In the other room we requested extra bed for child, and again the blankets were dirty, we requested change of blankets. 2. In kitchen the toilet was awfully dirty. 3. In kitchen coffee cups were not always properly clean, I had to search in shelf of cups, to find the clean one. 4. We noticed the waiter picked a fallen bread from floor and put it back to bread shelf, instead of throwing it away.
