Wonderful hotel, beautiful grounds, I liked everything! Cleaning every day! I want to say separately about the animators themselves - the guys are very positive, energetic, and sociable. They created a great atmosphere, invited people to activities with a smile, and were sensitive to guests' wishes. Thanks to them, every day was filled with emotions, and it was truly a pity to leave at the end of the shift.

As a Sous Chef at one of Armenia’s international hotel chains, I truly value professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail. During our stay, I was very impressed by the warm atmosphere, excellent service, and dedication of the entire team. From August 21 to August 29, I was vacationing with my son at the Maritim Jolie Ville Resort & Casino Sharm El Sheikh. Everything was cool! I really liked the hotel! The rooms are clean, spacious, the hotel grounds are beautiful, the sea is nearby, the food is delicious. We were greeted warmly at the reception, all the staff are friendly, responsive, and pleasant. I want to express huge gratitude to the hotel animators! Thank you very much! You created an amazing atmosphere throughout our entire vacation. Always smiling, cheerful, pleasant, sociable. Without you, the vacation wouldn't have been so interesting and fun) You always helped with all our questions (and there were many 😄), You create a special atmosphere for the vacationers, all the events at the hotel were very interesting thanks to you.
