Beautiful hotel good food a little disapointed in the rules we were all inclusive but if ya wanted lunch downstairs and outside you had to pay also no smoking anywhere bad habit i no there was a small table on the bottom floor i could not reach to sit at it we was on floor 5 my mobility very poor went to see tbe manager but rules are rules we were told we were given a mini bar and was stocked each day only later to be told it was only free on the first day nothing was put in any information at all which was a shame but saying all that the staff were amazing especially a bar lad called andros i think he did eveything above and beyond for myself and all the other guests absolutley brilliant however we will notbe returning
Just back from break at this beautiful hotel. Our 4th. What a gorgeous location The rooms are so good My fave, whichever you go for..All have a sea view To sit by the pool and look out at the bay is bliss The hotel is also spotlessly clean Now the staff. From chambermaids to maintenance man to managers they are all always great at their job Shout out to Katerina, in charge of bar and restaurant, Jaunni in the restaurant was so much fun Dylan and Ivan in the bar were always there looking after you Alexis who served around the pool was the best One point though. The food was definitely up to the standard of past years….lots of it very varied, but we were just a little disappointed
Staying here as a group of 5 all family. The location in regards to the view you could not ask for better in fact one of the best views we have ever had. Wouldn’t advise it though if you are not very good on your legs it’s quite a walk into the town either by road or sea path unless you don’t mind taxi fees. When we arrived we were greeted with a nice cold drink and check in was quick and friendly. I found the rooms to be rather dated. We had a separate bedroom from the living room which I like and separate air conditioning units which is good. The bed was large and comfy with nice white crisp sheets and there was a tv in there as well as the living area. There is not a lot of room at the bottom of the bed to get round and only a wardrobe containing the safe no drawers at all which I found a bit odd and no usb sockets anywhere in the room don’t forget your adapters. The living area is comfortable with a sofa, coffee table and a large shelf under the tv with 2 stools to sit on and use as a table. In the middle of the room is a big white elephant jacuzzi bath the jets are all dirty and the bath itself badly stained it looks an health hazard I certainly wouldn’t use it. Not only that it is clearly visible from the entrance door. Kitchen area contains a fridge with the mini bar in that you have to pay for which I was aware of as it was listed with an * in the description but what I was surprised at was it says tea and coffee making facilities but you are not provided with any tea bags, you are provided with 4 coffee pods for the coffee machine but there is a note with them saying if you want any more it’s 6 euros for another 4 pods, this is a first for me I have stayed in all sorts of accommodation and never once not had tea and coffee provided. Shower area contains shower and toilet approximate size 5ft x 4ft for a guess the shower itself is a good size but the water pressure is not great and the toilet is sat at an angle to the shower, when you get out there is minimal room to get dried which seems bizarre when there is so much wasted space with the jacuzzi. The sink is between the shower room and the jacuzzi it’s a good size but the towel rail is fastened on the sink front so if you are small in height like me it’s quite difficult to use even to clean your teeth. It’s nice and quiet most of the time the only down side is the noisy outside doors they slam shut and if you get someone next door that can’t shut a balcony door without slamming it. We found our cleaner very friendly and she kept the room nice and clean and made sure we were well stocked up. We were half board and only ate in the buffet restaurant we found the breakfast and the evening meal very good lots of choice at both. Gluten free options, vegetarian, vegan, several different types of milk as well as soy yoghurt in the morning and porridge with different milk. Plus unlike a lot of places the food was always piping hot. The staff in the restaurant are very jolly and helpful a big shout out especially to Montse who was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
