This hotel is amazing , has everything you could possibly need , the staff are fantastic, Farag Saad on the front desk is so helpful and a lovely man thank you for everything . The beach guys were also fantastic Monty I called him and the other man in Zetas were lovely and had a great service from them . Halim the beach manager was really good to us too. All very friendly making us laugh and I can’t forget Ramadan who had us in hysterics The pools are absolutely amazing. The hotel is clean and fresh a very pretty resort. You must get the fish and chips from zetas absolutely gorgeous. There’s Internet everywhere which is a really good thing these days. My very favourite place though was on the beach by the lagoon, the views are amazing. We went out on a yacht Morningstar and I would totally recommend you do this snorkelling and over to an island which I can’t remember the name of at this time but it is beautiful. The water is so clear and of course, the weather is outstanding. there’s lots to see and do . There is a shuttle buses which will take you down to the beach. From reception, but it was quite a short walk where our rooms were which was a deluxe room with pool view. I think no matter where you looked out from where we were it was absolutely gorgeous.. our room boy Nageh Nazih was very good , always had a clean and tidy room so thank you to him too. I loved it so much that I’m actually going back in 11 weeks with my husband for two weeks. I cannot wait to get on my beach again and see the lovely people that I met.. cannot recommend enough hopefully you’ll go and have a look yourself.

Our room cleaner Islam Ragab is a very nice guy, quick and creative. We do recommend him. We stayed at room 1077.
