An excellent hotel with attentive staff! We are currently staying at this hotel for our honeymoon, and we are absolutely delighted. We have a standard room (705, Building 1) right next to the beach. Mohamed (the housekeeper) did a wonderful job cleaning the room and even created a beautiful towel arrangement for us on the very first day—thank you for that! Ahmed (the staff member in charge of the building) is very helpful and friendly; he quickly resolves any issues regarding the room—a huge thank you to him! We were even gifted flowers, which was a lovely touch! The property features many restaurants, à la carte options, hookah lounges, and entertainment shows—in short, there is always something to do. There are plenty of shops and places to stroll or simply have fun. We really love it here and would happily come back! Many thanks to the hotel and staff for such excellent service!
