This was by far the best resort I’ve stayed in in Egypt. Every staff member was great. There was plenty of selection with food and drinks aswell. There was always something for everyone. We originally had a premium room but we upgraded to the swim up room and it was worth every penny. There was a bartender named Ramy that worked there every day and he really made our holiday. He made us so many different sorts of drinks both alcohol and non alcoholic and every single one of them were great. He always had a smile on his face and without fail would make sure everyone in the swim up rooms and by the pool were looked after. Our room cleaner was Said Mohammed, he really went all out with doing decorations on the bed and always making sure to ask us if we needed anything extra like water. This hotel was a 5* experience.
