I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which claims to be a 4-star establishment but, in my opinion, does not deserve more than 1 star. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that standards were far below what was advertised. The reception area was in a shocking state, with part of the roof having fallen through, creating an unsafe and unprofessional first impression. The room itself was no better. The air conditioning did not work at all, making the room extremely uncomfortable. The shower was also a serious concern, constantly switching between freezing cold and scalding hot water without warning. On several occasions, the water became so hot that it could easily burn your skin. This is not only unacceptable but also a significant safety hazard. To make matters worse, the food and drinks were absolutely awful. The quality was so poor that I genuinely do not believe they were worth paying for. The meals were disappointing, lacked quality, and fell far below the standard expected from a hotel that markets itself as 4-star. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Between the unsafe conditions, poor room facilities, and terrible food and drink, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel needs major improvements before it can justify its star rating.

Will never take this hotell again, the service was horrible. The staff dident care at all about anything we ask them about, the chicken was raw, the fries was was not done, pool was really nasty hair everywhere. And the worst part of my experience with them was how they miss treats the animals aorund !!! DONT CHISE THIS HOTELL
