This resort/hotel is a real recommendation for a wonderful vacation in Marrakech!

We were disappointed by certain aspects of our stay. First of all, where have the entertainers gone? We almost never see them and the ones we do run into don't even bother to say hello... It's a shame! And the appetizer games are always the same, we have to arrive at least an hour early to get a table, but don't you have a large terrace? The hotel is also starting to show its age and the rooms deserve a good renovation to be brought up to date. Several amenities leave something to be desired: hair dryers that work poorly, toilet seats that wobble from side to side, and very little water pressure. Fortunately, not everything is negative! We particularly appreciated the waitstaff, who were always very pleasant, smiling, and helpful. The food is decent and the breakfast is really very good. The pool remains just as pleasant, and a big bravo to Samadi for her water aerobics sessions! In summary, there are real positive points, particularly regarding the restaurant staff, the magnificent gardens, and the outdoor facilities, but the hotel could use a good refresh and more present and welcoming entertainment to improve the vacationers' experience.
