Fantastic hotel with the most amazing staff....from the reception checking us in to checking us out, Jose Antonio in the restuarant...what a gentleman, Alberto making our breakfast, all the wonderful bar staff, and the life guard by the pool and the security guard.... 10/10, with the sound of the ocean 24/7 from our room. Beds super comfy and rooms very spacious and so clean. Prices are very reasonable for drinks, we only ate once at the hotel and was lovely and well priced. yes...its outside of town but we loved this. Thank you Hotel IPV for a wonderful holiday

Room was regular room very basic, no toiletries no iron in the room even we requested they said we do iron service but will take 24 hours and we only stayed 2 nights, location was very far from the city center we spen a lot on uber and taxi to get to the city center and restaurant

Nice hotel and a pretty location but felt let down by a very slow pool drinks service and quite rude waiters, when I complained about my torn curtains, debris and mess outside my ground floor room, body lotion in the shower instead of shower gel and bird droppings on my sunbed I received a shrug from reception on checking out. I wasn’t even asked if I’d enjoyed my stay! Not quite a four star hotel sadly.
