Incredible experience, beautiful facilities and 10/10 comfort. But what stands out most among all that is its people, cleaning team, bar/restaurant and reception area. Wonderful people, who help you with everything they can and if you come from out of town, they advise you on the most beautiful places you can visit. Adrian and Tayboni, two wonderful people who are at the resort bar, good, respectful, attentive and above all friendly people. Adrian is an excellent person, he likes his job, and he gives his all so that you have the best comforts at the bar. Both professionally, and also as a person, he is incredible. You don't find people like them everywhere. We are from Barcelona, and we are taking home a very good Canarian friend! We can't wait to return to this resort. Thanks for everything!

We stayed at EO Maspalomas Resort for three nights and, honestly, for the amount of money we paid, it was a very disappointing experience. Housekeeping never came to our room during our entire stay. The towels were never changed, the floors were never cleaned, and the rubbish was never taken out—we had to dispose of it ourselves. Keep in mind that Gran Canaria's beaches are sandy, so clean floors are especially important. The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness. We killed three cockroaches in our room during just three days, which is completely unacceptable. The location is also far from everything. It takes around 30 minutes on foot to reach the dunes and the beach, and about 30 minutes to the nearest larger supermarket. Breakfast costs €15 per person, which is far too expensive for what is offered and definitely overpriced. I'm giving this hotel 3 stars only because the bar staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, and the swimming pool was clean.

The employees are all super friendly, the cleanliness is excellent, it is not recommended if you are going to rest there is a lot of noise until 12:00 AM-1:00 AM nobody says anything. Loud music, shouting, banging. We stayed 4 nights and it was the same every night. The lifeguard entertains the children a lot but the vocabulary she uses is not appropriate, she says quite a few swear words and does not let you rest at the pool since she can be heard quite a bit with her loud tone.. the situation becomes quite annoying.
