This hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay visiting Disney Paris. We were a family of 5 in one room. It was clean and comfortable. Yes, basic comforts but that’s all we needed for our stay. We hired a fridge for 30euro. I don’t have a problem with that as I assume it keeps costs down but is there if you need it. Likewise, late checkout is 30euro. Much better than lugging cases around all day. The breakfast is fine and plenty to keep you going. Evening menu is adequate and there is a nice bar and outside seating. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus was fine. You do get rude people pushing to get on but just stand your ground. I would definitely use this hotel again if visiting Disney in the future.

This is a very basic hotel. We stayed here for one night at the end of our Disney holiday, before traveling home, and I wouldn’t want to do any longer. Some staff lack the customer service skills of other hotels nearby (especially Disney ones!) Parking was advertised as free, but we had to pay when here? I’ve seen other reviews saying the same thing? I wish I had questioned it but was put on the spot so just paid. The snack bar was ok. Food good and came quick.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, breakfast was ok. Lack of plates, cups, cutlery when went for breakfast had to wait for them. A massive issue for us was the shuttle bus coming back from the park. We used a taxi on the second night. It was dangerous. The bus was so full it felt like it was going to topple over when going round the roundabout. There should be one for each hotel not packing everyone in like sardines. It needs sorting.
