We have stayed in the hotel Zentral twice now and have booked our third holiday staying in this hotel The hotel is in a fantastic location. The rooms are very big and the air con is amazing. There is a Fridge in the room and a kettle with cups, tea,coffee etc. I take my own coffee and I buy milk. I like a coffee when I wake up. The roof top pool has great views. The sun beds are not the best but adequate and we found no sun bed wars. The reception staff are very helpful. Check in was super quick. The second time we went they knew we had already stayed with them. The cleaners do a great job. The shutters in the room are great it cuts out the light and you get a great sleep. The beds were very comfortable. We had no issues with the lifts. We are going again in a few weeks and are staying for 11 nights. The hotel is more than adequate for our needs. For us it’s all about location location. This is our 6th visit to Tenerife this year.

got to the hotel, it seemed fancy but was a ghost town. we got “upgraded” to a different room and it was honestly disgusting. there was toothpaste all over the bathroom including in the shower!? the cleaners “cleaned our room” half way through the week and the stains were still there and i simply used water to see if they come off and they did so the cleaners are rubbish at their job. the atmosphere was really rubbish! the bar was closed bare in mind it says it’s meant to be open, the restaurant was a ghost town and the food looked like budget even though we paid a lot for this hotel. the noise was completely quiet so good if you like your sleep that’s the only good thing about this hotel really. the sauna has no way to fill up water so my boyfriend had to stretch the shower head and had to flood the whole room because there was no way he could fill up the sauna bucket. the rooftop pool was freezing cold even though it said it was 28°c but it felt like -5°c it also had dirt in it, the jacuzzi/hottub was absolutely freezing in which made us quite disappointed considering how much this hotel looked good and how much we paid. the aircon felt amazing but has caused me and my boyfriend to be EXTREMELY ill to the point we feel was have covid. very sad this was the outcome and a bigged up hotel. however despite all of that, the staff at reception are friendly, gave me a bottle of sparkling wine for my 21st complimentary and a personalised note saying happy birthday with my name on it so they took the time to do that and print it for me.

Excellent hotel, everything was great! The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!
