We stayed at this hotel for one week, and unfortunately, it is an experience we would not care to repeat. Several critical issues severely impacted our stay. Noise and lack of sleep The room had absolutely no soundproofing whatsoever. We could hear everything from both the hallway outside and the street. To make matters worse, the cleaning staff started at 08:00 every morning, communicating very loudly in the hallways. This made it impossible to relax or enjoy a quiet morning. Additionally, there was a construction site right across the street that operated from Monday to Friday, causing immense noise with metal cutting, hammering, and heavy work. Bathroom and room safety (A major issue) The bathroom in our room was extremely cramped. There was barely enough space to turn around, and almost no storage space for toiletries. However, the most serious issue was the door lock, which rarely worked. We complained to the reception a total of four times without encountering any understanding or effort to resolve the problem. On several occasions, we made absolutely sure the door was locked when we left, but upon returning after the room had been cleaned, the door was left unlocked. This happened throughout the entire week, which felt very unsafe. The buffet restaurant We had a very poor experience with the buffet restaurant. We were constantly met with dirty and sticky plates, and the cutlery was rarely properly cleaned. Furthermore, the food itself was tasteless and cold, making the overall dining experience very disappointing. The positives: Pool, service, and staff The only thing saving this hotel from a one-star rating is the excellent pool area. The entertainment team did a fantastic job, and we would also like to highlight the lifeguard, who was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The service at the bar was also great; we would especially like to mention the bartender from Ukraine, who was always in a great mood and provided fantastic service! Conclusion: If you value a good night's sleep, decent food, and feeling that your belongings are secure in your room, we cannot recommend this hotel. Thank you to the pool team for making our week a bit better.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The rooms were lovely and clean, with excellent air conditioning that kept the room cool even during the hottest parts of the day. The balcony was a nice size, and the shower was spacious with great water pressure. The cleaning staff were friendly and did a fantastic job throughout our stay. The reception staff were also welcoming, helpful, and always pleasant to deal with. The pool area was very busy during our stay, and it was difficult to find available sunbeds, so we chose not to spend any time there. However, the beach is only a short walk away, as is the marina, making it easy to find alternative places to relax. Sunbeds on the beach were well worth the €8, and there are plenty of lovely restaurants around the marina, all within walking distance. The only other thing to note is that the lifts are quite small, and there is a short but fairly steep hill leading up to the hotel. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for wheelchair users or anyone with significant mobility difficulties. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location, with easy access to the beach, marina, and local restaurants.
