Ate at Costa Fusion, where the restaurant’s vibe was immaculate. The staff where so friendly and helpful. We didn’t have too wait long for the food and when it arrived it was phenomenal!!!! Once again massive props to all the staff they couldn’t be any more helpful and made the experience amazing!!!!

Yet another hotel within the H10 group we have stayed at and yet again our expectations were exceeded ! From the moment we arrived until we sadly departed we were looked after in every department . The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. From the reception team to all the front of house teams and not forgetting the teams largely behind the scenes, kitchen, house keeping and garden/pool teams . We took advantage of the “Privilege “ package which we would recommend. The added benefits really are worth having ! A special mention for the Costa fusion restaurant and the staff who looked after us. Thank you Brian and Toni and the rest of the team . The food offering in the main restaurant was also of a high quality and was varied on a daily basis . I have to say that , as with all the other H10 hotels we have stayed in, the hotel was kept spotlessly clean ! Can definitely recommend !!!

We spent a relaxing chilled out week at the H10 Costa Mogan at the beginning of June. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. All the staff from reception, cleaners, bar and waiting staff were courteous, friendly, hardworking and kind - demonstrating a high level of customer service. We had a sea view suite which was lovely and spacious. The food at Costa Fusion, the buffet and pool bar was varied, tasty and good quality as were the drinks. The animation team was a one-man band, Isaías who made every day not ‘just a school day’ but a FUN DAY!!! He took time to chat with everyone around the pool, and no one was pressurised to take part, however with gently persuasion from Isaias I left my three umbrellas, ventured out into the sunshine and took part in the bingo, darts and sangria demonstration and loved them all. My husband took part in loads of the activities and said it was one of his best holidays. The evening entertainment was also good. Ale Martin deserves a mention who are an opera singer and a guitarist with a modern twist and really entertaining. We will definitely be returning.
