Oh dear. Arrived at the hotel around lunchtime and room was'nt ready, which was absolutely fine, we could use the facilities and start enjoying the all inclusive. So we tried to find somewhere outside by the pool for a drink, but unfortunately it was heaving! Packed!! Ended up with 2 chairs and table tennis table. The room was ok, though nothing superior about it. No coffee machine as was mentioned on.line when booking, just a kettle with a couple of coffee sachets, tea bags, but no milk. The room was supposed to be serviced on a daily basis, but this just seemed to be making the beds. No cups/glasses washed or removed most days. Don't think the floor was swept for a week, and certainly hadn't been when we arrived. The bathroom wasn't 'cleaned' every day, just the sink unit wiped. On the 2nd morning we watched the sunbed wars from balcony. Chaos! Sunbeds aren't released until 9am, but everyone was grabbing tables and parasols and putting them on 'their' spot ready to grab the loungers. No where near enough beds/parasols for approx 800 people staying there. The free coach to the beach is a great idea but DO NO EXPECT A BEACH BAR!! You are driven 20 minutes away from town to sunbeds and umbrellas plonked on a cordoned off piece of beach. The beach bar is another cordoned off area, the other side of the road in a hotel and looks, as my partner said 'like a prison exercise yard'. No atmosphere, everyone looked shocked at the place. No views, 8ft high boards all round with a canopy over the top for shade. Limited drinks, lager, red or white wine and soft drinks. We didn't even bother having food, left and started the long trek back (stopping at some beautiful beach bars on the way back). I can't comment on the entertainment in the evening as we didn't hang around for food or entertainment. Would I recommend it? No. Unless you just want a bed for the night and a short walk into the main town.

The staff are lovely, our superior room good nice view of the pool. But everything else awful. Cold food. Had to ask for tongs on my first day for the bread , people just lifting with their bare hands disgusting. Every cup i lifted for coffee was chipped, dirty plates. Entertainment outside, no designated smoking areas, just free for all. Even solarium level 8, sign says no smoking not adhered to. My husband has copd so trying to get a seat outside without being choked with smoke impossible. I watched a man this morning put out 2 sunbeds and umbrella on upper deck. Below superior rooms, At 9am Then go and put out another 3 beds and umbrella beside pool .it's now 11.30 am, still hasn't showed up. The towels should be lifted, so others can get a sunbed. Only one pool which isn't very big. Would not return. There are better hotels nearer to beach to choose.
