The hotel good we were a little disappointed in the breakfast and rooms were great but what stood out the most was how awsome the staff are especially yeiston

The interactions before I arrived were absolutely spot on with the hotel. So the hotel itself is of a good standard, it’s obviously been refurbished in the last few years, the rooms themselves are nice and airy. Check in, whilst I was early, was a challenge, people were checking out at the same time and I was stopped 4 times whilst checking in. Whilst they apologised it’s a new one on me. This brings me onto the staff, in the main they were poor, faulty towers like in parts, one was rude to my wife telling her something wasn’t on the menu only to be corrected by another guest and she also wanted the same drink. Bar service on the roof is a challenge, they also close the bar 7-8 for cleaning and have to remove everyone, which makes no sense. The pool area whilst up to date gets limited Sun in certain areas, one side in sun another in shade.and both ends bits. The bed is very very hard, the pillows very very soft. Which makes for a compromised nights sleep. Check - out was, key, please pay. No thanks for staying, how was your visit. Etc. Highlight is Daniel, he should run training for the rest of the staff. (Apologies again Daniel I thought you were French) Would I stay again? Very doubtful.
