This hotel had its good points, our view from the room was lovely and it was clean, the food was a let down, we went half board and attended for only one evening meal, breakfast wasn't much better. The pool area was badly designed to sunbathe, most of the beds where on a slope and ine of the life guards/pool attendant was so grumpy, definitely not a four star, only a three.

Location of this hotel is not far from the beach , unfortunately there a main road to cross and there a 100 or so steps to go down to the beach alright going down but coming back up is hard if you struggle with walking or your legs or knees this was difficult . The hotel Atmosphere was ok there wasnt to many kids around but it was lovely. The Rooms at this hotel need up grading desperately The rooms were tiny . DO NOT GO IN ROOM 285 at back with a brick wall to look at .Theres 2 MASSIVE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS ON THE BALCONY SO NO ROOM AT ALL . We paid quite abit of money fot this holiday and i dont think its worth what we paid .. The rooms were cleaned every day and Towels were changed .We did noticed a few times that the towels had massive holes in them.Maybe they need to invest in new ones..The Bar staff were Brilliant they could do enough for you and the service was quick which was a bonus . NO Tea or Coffee in rooms :( NO KETTLE . NO ENGLISH TV NOT EVEN NEWS.NOTHING GOING ON IN THE POOL AREA TO KEEP PEOPLE ENTERTAINED. NO MUSIC BY POOL AREA ..ONLY MUSIC WAS BY BAR AREA . .THE POOLS WERE LOVELY BUT COULD DO WITH A GOOD CLEAN AROUND THE SIDES THE GROUNDS OF THIS HOTEL WERE UNKEMPT THERE WERE LOTS OF SPLASHES OF PLASTER ALL.ON WALKWAYS AND STEPS .THE GARDEN S WERE BEEN DONE BUT LOTS OF UN RULELY AREAS . THE HOTEL IS TRYING TO INPROVE BUT THERE ARE BETTER HOTELS ON THE BEACH FRONT NO I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL ......

Was apprehensive going here after reading reviews on here. This hotel is lovely. People on here on about the hill. Yes the "Front" entrance is on a hill, but there is also a back entrance off the pool that you can use with your key card that cuts out the hill. We never used the front entrance so do not let that put you off. At the back entrance there is some steps down a little tunnel that give you a shortcut to the beech. It is a "hotel" so there are not self catering facilities in the room. For 2 people there was two double beds which was very comfortable. The air condition worked perfectly. We were on the ground floor so views werent great but didnt have much outside noise. It was very clean. I found all the staff lovely from check in, to accommodation to pool bar staff. Cannot comment on the food as we were not all inclusive and the pool food is typical. The only thing to note is the pools are very cleverly photographed (which is usual) they are a lot smaller than the pictures. There is an infinity pool which is E25 per day (which I think should be open to anyone) and also E10 charge to use the double bed area. Nightly entertainment was a bit cheesy, and during our stay a lot of guests were pensioners. Great location for marina and beeches.
