Billy basic hotel. Want wifi? Pay 30 euros for the week. Want a soft liner for your sunbed... pay 3 euros a day per bed. Want a parasol... you guessed it... pay! Its a bit tired this place but if you want no thrills and cheap it will do. Clean enough and staff were helpful overall when required.

Stayed for 5 nights with my daughter after a family holiday a few years ago when she was much smaller. I don’t think it’s overly dated and as someone who isn’t a fan of air con, I much preferred the fans in the rooms. It was really clean (which is why we went) and the proximity to places to eat and the airport was great for us. The pool could do to be bigger for the amount of people around it during peak season but it didn’t overly bother us. The staff are very friendly and helpful, in particular one guy behind the pool bar who I remembered being there the first time we stayed, really looked after me and always gave me Tenerife wine! The place suited us perfectly and at the end of the day you pay for what you get - if you want luxury, pay more! We’d happily stay again.

Location: The hotel is in a good location and not too far from the beach. It is much easier to get around if you have a car or use taxis, as the walk can become tiring after a few days. Atmosphere: Unfortunately, there was very little atmosphere around the hotel. There was no entertainment and no pool activities during our stay, which made the resort feel quite quiet. Rooms: The rooms are basic and include a small kitchenette. Personally, I found the kitchenette impractical, as it was quite difficult to prepare meals there. The available space could have been used more effectively, although this may not be an issue for everyone. Both rooms we stayed in had two single beds. The main room was acceptable, but the second room was very uncomfortable. The bed was poor quality, squeaky, and the mattress made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Food: The restaurant is quite small, and it never seemed particularly busy. Some evenings the food was decent, and we were happy to eat there, while on other nights the quality was disappointing. Breakfast was very repetitive, with the same selection every day. Some items also appeared to have been reheated. Cleanliness: The hotel was generally clean, although the rooms were only cleaned twice per week. We also found a few bugs in the rooms on some evenings. If you are planning to stay here, I would recommend booking accommodation only and eating elsewhere. There are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can enjoy much better meals. Pool: One of the biggest disappointments was the swimming pool, which was very cold. We were told it was heated, but this did not appear to be the case. Wi-Fi: Another major downside was that Wi-Fi was chargeable. We booked through Jet2 and stayed for seven nights, but we were not offered free Wi-Fi for even one device. Staff: Most of the staff were okay overall. However, I found some members of the reception team to be unfriendly and occasionally rude. Overall: The hotel has a good location and is generally clean, but the lack of atmosphere, cold pool, paid Wi-Fi, inconsistent food quality, and uncomfortable beds meant that it did not fully meet our expectations.
