I want to leave this review to greatly thank the very positive change my stay at the Hotel Poseidón took, especially because of the human treatment received. The first day, during check-in, I suffered quite a few inconveniences that left me with a very bittersweet and somewhat frustrated feeling upon arrival. However, everything changed completely the next day. The hotel's assistant manager, Sonia, got in touch with me to apologize in person for all the setbacks from the day before. She was incredibly kind, empathetic, and understanding about everything that had happened to me. She gave me total peace of mind and made herself entirely available to me, indicating that if I needed anything during my stay, I should communicate directly with her. It is very much appreciated that management has these personalized attentions and truly cares about the well-being of the guests. Beyond this great gesture by the assistant manager, which completely solved my bad initial impression, I want to highlight the rest of the hotel's services. The food has been fantastic. Furthermore, both the cafeteria service and the dining room service deserve a special mention: all the staff is super attentive, polite, and very pleasant, making you feel comfortable at all times. Sometimes things do not start well, but the professionalism and human quality of this team proved that they know how to take care of their clients. Without a doubt, I recommend Hotel Poseidón and would stay here again. Thank you very much, Sonia, and to all the staff!

Booked a 4 day getaway with my brothers. Stayed in the partner block over the road. Room was spacious and clean and were able to use the pool in the main hotel. Only downside was a €150 deposit which was taken on check in seemed excessively high compared to what we paid for the actual stay and I am still awaiting this to be released 21 days after it was placed. I have had to query this with the bank who have advised it can take up to 31 days to release. Something to be mindful of

We stayed as a couple in October once again. The experience was great. Everything clean, the food varied and homemade. Very delicious. I would like to thank in particular Juan from the grill, for his kindness, approachability and always ready to help you. He is the joy of the dining room without neglecting his work for a moment. The pool great with a lot of artificial grass. A greeting to the monitors for their friendliness.
