A nice hotel with excellent facilities however I think the main thing that lets it down is some of the staff. Some reception staff can seem very abrupt and staff at the pool bar are downright rude, like it's a chore to serve guests. The lobby bar is lovely but it is hard to know if it's table service or go to the bar, either way you have to wait an awful long time to be served. All in all this is a nice hotel but would be excellent with a few tweaks

Stay from 5/9 to 13/9. Room: Triple penthouse. Room: for the name you had a different image in mind, too small, dark and strangely decorated for 3 people. Toilet, sink in shower. Terras is a small enclosed spot, no view at all when you sit outside the walls. The rest of the hotel is fine, very friendly staff, great animation (thanks Nelly) and a spacious green pool area with 3 separate pools. Unfortunately, the food quality is more limited and some things are wrong. Fish that is baked too far in advance, you don't do that (dry and tasteless!). Too often had trouble finding something. Generally, this is a fine hotel, but I think the rooms could use a makeover.

Great location, food was great, stuff very pleasant.
