We had a brilliant stay, hotel was immaculate and the staff were brilliant. A big thank you to David Gomez of the waiting team as he was very friendly, polite and funny. All staff have been brilliant. Nothing has been any trouble for them and they all have a smile on their face daily. The facilities are great from the free shuttle to Las Americas and the central location to everything was ideal. A lovely walk on the beach too. The hotel was spotless. We stayed in a family apartment and its huge. So much space for us. The food was also great. A large selection of everything in the main restaurant and snack bars. Drinks and bar staff also brilliant. Entertainment. We aren’t big entertainment watching people but there was a great selection each evening from the bar downstairs to live music upstairs. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We have loved everything about it. Not normally people to return to the same place twice but we can’t not return here. Thank you to everyone.

My sister and I went here for a week. I honestly couldn't fault much at all and I usually can! We arrived early evening and check in was quick and simple. Our room was clean and adequate with a fridge and coffee and tea facility. The bathroom was clean and spacious with walk in shower and hairdryer. The facilities were good, 4 pools, again clean. Plenty of sun loungers and 10 out of 10 for no reserving them at first light. There was plenty anyway. There was adult only areas and bar. Children had their own evening club. The food was good for all inclusive, imo this was one of the better ones, constantly refilled and enough choice. The staff were all nice, especially the young man on reception, actually both of them but the first mentioned was so lovely and helpful. The dining room staff also was so nice and pleasant. As soon as they saw us with a glass of water at our meal, they provided us with bottled water. We had a lovely time and would return,which I dont say often. One thing to bear in mind is that its a bit hilly, which we wasn't aware of before going but thats not to do with the hotel. We went to los cristianos several times and got a taxi back at about 3.70 euros, it was reasonable. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This hotel by far exceeded expectations. The cleanest and friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. Food- Choice was more than I have had in others, but was very “beige” focused but a large salad bar meant colour could easily added. Hotel Room- spacious and more than adequate. Shower was better than mine at home. We had room 527. Tea, Coffee and Milk replenished daily, along with towels. Beds made Daily. Would have liked a desk and mirror to get ready, but that’s the only complaint! Pool- we stayed around the adults pool and it was perfect. Busy enough to people watch but quiet enough to also read my book. Bar opened at 10.30- no rush for sunbed and plenty to go round. There was a queue for the Family pool but there still seemed to be Sunbeds left when we walked through to lunch. Sunbeds comfy and they were cleaned everyday along with tables. Location, up a steep hill. But not unmanageable. We used taxis. Free shuttle does NOT take you to Los Cristianos but to Las Americas. Driver was a tad on the abrupt side and said this has changed 6 months ago. Overall a fabulous Hotel and we are looking to return next year.
